Delete your account (English)
This page explains how to request deletion of your Wake Coco account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the Wake Coco app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and personal data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email from your registered address to support@wakecoco.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account and login (email, encrypted password)
- Profile (display name, username, avatar, gender, city, wake-up time)
- Content you created (proof photos, chat messages, voice notes, squad names)
- Location data, push notification token
- Gameplay data (check-ins, streaks, XP, coins, scores, achievements)
What may be retained
We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Minimal anonymized records required by law or for security/fraud prevention may be retained for a limited period, then removed.

Cách 1 — Trong ứng dụng (xóa ngay)
- Mở ứng dụng Wake Coco và đăng nhập.
- Vào Hồ sơ → Cài đặt.
- Chọn Xóa tài khoản và xác nhận.
Tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn sẽ bị xóa ngay lập tức và vĩnh viễn.
Cách 2 — Qua email
Nếu bạn không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy gửi email từ chính địa chỉ đã đăng ký tới support@wakecoco.com với tiêu đề "Xóa tài khoản của tôi". Chúng tôi sẽ xác minh và hoàn tất việc xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.
Dữ liệu bị xóa
- Tài khoản và đăng nhập (email, mật khẩu đã mã hóa)
- Hồ sơ (tên hiển thị, tên người dùng, ảnh đại diện, giới tính, thành phố, giờ dậy)
- Nội dung bạn tạo (ảnh điểm danh, tin nhắn, ghi âm, tên nhóm)
- Dữ liệu vị trí, mã thông báo đẩy
- Dữ liệu chơi (điểm danh, chuỗi, XP, xu, điểm số, thành tích)
Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại
Chúng tôi không giữ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn sau khi xóa. Một số bản ghi ẩn danh tối thiểu theo yêu cầu pháp luật hoặc để bảo mật/chống gian lận có thể được lưu trong thời gian giới hạn, sau đó xóa bỏ.
